Everybody needs a straight up pale ale. This is a deep golden beer that starts off with an orange marmalade sweetness that rolls directly into tangerine, grapefruit, and grassy hop flavors. The hoppy bitterness continues to build all the way through the sip and then the beer finishes dry.

With an unlimited array of fresh ingredients on site, the beer and food menus feature an exciting array of local and seasonal flavors. Our Head Brewer Dave Ohmer loves to incorporate local produce, fresh herbs and innovative flavor combinations that reflect the diverse and beloved tastes of Texas.Whole Foods Market Brewing Company has a five-barrel, two-vessel brewing system made by Criveller with the ability to produce about 400-500 barrels annually. Our on-site bar includes windows overlooking the tanks, with 20 taps and unique experiences for guests, including beer engines to pour up to two cask ales at any given time, as well as limited edition brews served directly from the serving tanks. Guests can enjoy seasonal food pairings and have direct access to our brewing team through classes, tours, and events. Whole Foods Market Brewing Company can seat 40 with additional seating on a second floor mezzanine overlooking the store.
